Bangalore is said to be the fastest growing city in South Asia. There is a large migration of entrepreneurs, professionals, technocrats, industrialises, workers, cultural groups, etc. from all walks of life from all the states of India. Among the migration population, people from Southern states who have migrated to this city, for the last 30 years predominate. A good number of them have become successful businessmen, industrialists, contractors, professionals, consultants, etc. Even though we have improved our position successfully, we have not been able to establish a good cultural centre for the Parkavan communities which have migrated. We do not even know each other even after staying in Bangalore of the past 30 years.

As such some of our friends and well wishers thought of having cultural society for the purpose of meeting and also establish fraternal relationship of art, education and marriage, beginning with members of community in the immediate neighbourhood. town, city, region, state and country and finally reaching the members of the larger community of the world.

The center for its operational nucleus the city of Bangalore, for its immediate target the South of India which domain is envisioned to envelope the entire India in the near future and the world in the distant future.
